• Design wireframes and hi-fidelity prototypes from inception to launch for features on UnitedHealthCare’s web app used by over 30 million members

• Principle designer for first-time user experiences to ensure members are onboarded successfully to use product features

• Redesign filters with over 100 attributes to improve the search experience, conducting several rounds of usability tests

• Review prototypes to maintain WCAG Accessibility standards and ensure ease of use for users of all abilities
